Richard has given advice to many professional and private individuals with a mature and logical approach to their property search and sale. He was a negotiator and Marketing Director with the country's leading property agents Knight Frank & Rutley, Savills, Chestertons and Debenham Tewson & Chinnocks. He has been a visiting lecturer on Residential Estate Agency at the College of Estate Management, Reading, and has written and contributed to editorials in the nationals, property trade press, as well as commentary on national television and radio.
