James has been working in the commercial property industry for over 25 years and for the last 8 years running a highly successful private asset management business out of the West End in London. Having been both an adviser and principal, James gained invaluable experience formulating and delivering investment strategies on behalf of clients and, being a trustee to several family trusts in control of multiple asset classes, James has an excellent understanding of wider investment strategies and the qualities that commercial real estate brings to balanced portfolios.
